Our refurbished rooms are decorated with style!!
We offer a variety of rooms including single, double, family rooms, and a 4 poster with sea view. ALL rooms have shower/toilet ensuite, and include Flat screen TV’s (with freeview), biscuits, tea & coffee making facilities, towels, alarm clock, toiletries.

Costs are charged per room, per night;
SINGLE ROOM - from £35
DOUBLE ROOM - from £55
FAMILY ROOM - from £85

Terms & Conditions

We will request that our guests provide us with their credit card details in order to reserve the room - we will not take any money from the card - it's merely to hold the reservation.

Our cancellation terms are 48 hours notice beyond which a charge, the full price of the booking, will be made.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. If paying by Credit Card or Cheque, a 5% surcharge is added to the transaction.

Strict no smoking policy, fine in place if caught or any evidence of smoking.

Check in, Check out

Check-in time is usually between 4pm - 10pm, but subject to agreement we may be able to accept check-in between 11-1pm.

Check out is 10.30am everyday.
